Q:I’ve had dandruff for a while but it’s been really annoying lately. My head itches too sometimes but it’s usually fine. I use head and shoulders and it helps with the itching but not the dandruff. How can I get rid of it fast? And something for the itching too.. to keep it away. Thanks x
A:I have tried this in the past and worked great. At night or when you are not going somewhere put baby oil on your scalp, comb any of the bigger dandruff pieces out of your hair and let it sit preferrably over night, after 1-2 days of doing this my dandruff went away. Congrats on getting married!
A:First off, don’t wash your hair every day. This makes it oily faster…
And second, I have the same problem. I started using Neutrogena’s dandruff shampoo, not expecting results since shampoos never seem to work for me, and it has cleared it up nicely.
I also tried letting my hair sit in Aveeno lotion before washing it, and it also worked nicely.
A:Head n shouders is THE best shampoo and it wqorks so fast ur head will feel great after the first use
A:Use the shampoo with an heading saying Dandruff take out. Try to go to the pharmacist for shampoo to get rid of dandruff. They sell good products. Try brushing your hair as well
A:1: Wash hair with Selsun, making sure you leave it in for at least 5 minutes.
2: Dry hair.
3: Mix a small amount of lemon juice and cream of tartar: rub into scalp. (Dandruff is caused by a fungus that lives just below the skin. This fungus loves an alkaline environment. So make your scalp acid. It will then multiply at a much slower pace.)
4: While still wet, rub in the contents from a Pro-biotic capsule, containing good bacteria. (This bacteria loves an acid environment, and will counter the fungus.)
A:Best thing is to try a dandruff shampoo. Try a generic brand, since the well-known Head and Shoulders is expensive, and they do the same job.
