How To Get Rid Of Dandruff

What is the best way to fight dandruff?

Q:I have a problem with dandruff and it’s getting embarassing. The current brand of shampoo and conditioner I use is Dove. I want to change brands in order to stop this problem what brands are recommended.

A:oil your head properly at night and in the morning use a anti dandruff shampoo.Try for a some days and u will c the difference

A:hairspray doesnt cause dandruff or flakes. sometimes the hairspray will flake off if you use cheap stuff or to much. Try using T-gel shampoo from nutrogena. if you have dry scalp or dandruff flakes it should help.

A:Dandruff is just a sign of dry skin flaking up from the scalp. It’s common in lots of people. What you should use is either Selson Blue or Head and Shoulders shampoo. Once you get out of the shower moisterize immediately to lock in the moisture and keep flakes away.

There’s no way to get rid of it permenantly because everyone gets it once in a while, however this healps reduce it.

A:First of all, do you only have flakes when you’re using hairspray? It could be that you’re using a cheap type of hairspray. Try using Paul Mitchell’s Super Strong or Worked Up. That’s what I use in the salon, it works amazingly with teasing.

The second thing could be that you do have dandruff. You could try using Head and Shoulders, or use Sugar In the Raw in the shower to exfoliate your scalp, and then use some jojoba oil and massage your scalp to add moisture. I use this on my clients all the time and it works wonders. Good luck, girl.

A:I know this is going to sound strange but give white vinegar a try. Mix up 1/4 cup white vinegar and dilute in 3/4 cup water. The natural acids of the vinegar will help loosen any sebum (dead skin and oils) that clings to your scalp and flakes to form dandruff. Rinse thoroughly with cool, not hot water.
